Henry R. Kesner - President and Partner

  Henry R. Kesner was born in Long Branch , New Jersey and is personnaly in charge of all day to day operations of the Consolidated.  He is involved in all aspects of the operation, from estimating, to financial and to field operations.  His drive for perfection has helped push Consolidated to the top of its game.

Hank personally makes daily visits to all the jobsites and is thus knowledgable of any and all problems you might have. He is always available to answer your questions and solve your problems. Both his extensive experience and his vast and impressive background make him a valuable asset that you can count on to sucessfully complete your project.

Before he started Consolidated over 20 years ago, Hank was Vice President of HG Weiss Construction in Florida, Vice President of Rolls Construction Co. in Illinois, Director of Construction for The Cookie Factory Mall retail division in Chicago and director of operations for a huge shopping center developer in Illinois . He is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a degree in business administration/Accounting. He is also involved with Sam Caliendo, Vice President, as a partner in the acquisition and development of commercial and residential investment real estate and property through out South Florida. 

On a personal note, he has been married to Karen for more than 44 years. And don¹t think Hank guy is only interested in construction. He soars to new heights as a licensed instrument pilot, enjoys worldwide traveling and really gets a rush from training and driving harness horses in races.

Sam S. Caliendo - Vice President and Partner

Sam Caliendo was born in Chicago , Illinois and moved with his family from Chicago to Deerfield Beach, Florida in 1958.

After graduating from college, he worked as a sales agent for a real estate development company called Seese Real Estate Company and invested his earnings by purchasing , renovating and re-selling old homes.

By the age of 25, Mr. Caliendo successfully completed a number of residential and commercial projects. He then was instrumental in the redevelopment of Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida , demolishing $350,000 to $550,000 homes and replacing them with homes selling for prices ranging from $2 million to more than $5 million. In addition, he provided the complete interior design for these properties and his business concept was one of the first in the country to be recognized as what became known as the "turn key" home.

His success earned him worldwide recognition and he was featured on such television shows as "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" and the "Today Show".  He has also been featured in numerous publications such as "The New York Times", "The Miami Herald", "The Wall Street Journal", and the Sunday magazine section of the "Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel".

Sam is currently Vice President of Consolidated Construction and Development Corp. Mr. Caliendo is also a principal and Senior Manager of Bentley Realty Group, the developer of Bentley at Victoria Park, a town home project in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Mr. Caliendo has been involved in many real estate, design and other trade associations, as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce. He has also been instrumental in raising funds for various community associations including the Alzheimer's Association and the American Cancer Society. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee for Shine On, which is a key fund-raiser for cystic fibrosis.

He is presently serving the Palm Beach Zoning Commission as a Commission of Zoning
